Geography & Language:

• I am located in Michigan, in the United States of America, but I take international clients and can work around timezone differences. I can only serve English-speaking or non-English-speaking clients who provide their own language interpretation. 

Identity & Demographics:

• I am a contracted facilitator, coach, and practitioner specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion with The Truth and Titus Collective. (Check out www.truthandtitus.com for more information about the work we do!)
• Because of this, I am well-trained and capable of holding the nuances and intersections of identity and power structures. All faiths, backgrounds, ethnicities, ages, sexual orientations, genders, etc., are welcome. You can rest assured that your identity will be embraced. I aim for every client I work with to leave their session with a sense of belonging.

All sessions are virtual via Zoom. I've found that it's the easiest, most universal, and most accessible way for us to meet and for me to record and send it your way. Please reach out if you need alternate accommodations.

• No matter what sort of session you seek, you can expect complete confidentiality. All client information and session content will remain private. Links to recordings will only be shared with clients. Clients may share their links at their discretion.
• You can expect our time to focus entirely on you, your growth, and your needs. I will do my best to limit distractions during our time together.
• Gentle, non-judgemental, guidance through challenging and delicate topics. 
• Actionable, tailored strategies to navigate life's challenges.
• I ask many questions and frequently check in about your thoughts and feelings. 

There are no expectations here. The most effective and helpful tool you can bring is your curiosity.  I invite your whole self. Messes, pajamas, snacks, and perceived imperfections are welcome in our virtual space. If at all possible, come to our session in comfortable clothing. Settle into a cozy, quiet room. Engage your senses with scents and sounds that make you feel safe, relaxed, and fully present. Our time together is all about you!

• I am not a medical professional.
• While potentially focused on healing and often therapeutic, coaching is NOT therapy with a licensed therapist.
• Tarot and Astrology help us better understand ourselves and the world around us. However, they are NOT tools that replace care plans crafted by medical professionals. 
• Coaching is not psychology. 

• You can be as specific or as open-ended as you prefer. Some clients come to sessions with a general theme or area of their life they'd like to explore, and others come open to whatever our session brings up. 
• Please do know your boundaries. Our time together can lead to shadow places that need tending and healing. If you have triggers, experiences you don't feel comfortable exploring, or themes you'd like me to avoid, I will gladly navigate your needs accordingly and with tenderness.

Knowing the exact time, date, and place of your birth is essential for an accurate chart reading. Below are some reasons why:

•  The Thema Mundi (or Astrological Chart) is a circle divided into twelve slices. Each slice holds a house, and each house is home to a sign. There is no way to determine Houses without an accurate birth time. 
• The Rising/Ascendent correlates with where the horizon was at the time of your birth and shifts nearly every fifteen minutes. 
• The Moon changes sign every 2-3 days. So if you were born on a day when the Moon traveled from one sign to another, only your birth time would pinpoint what sign it was in when you were born.
